At the end of every month, I will to share my ‘currently doing’ situation and I would love to hear your currently things too!
I want to get to know my readers and I think this is a great way to get a snap shot of what people are all about, what they are feeding their souls and how they are taking care of themselves!
LISTENING TO: Audiobooks and podcasts! On the dial at the moment are: Big Magic and Magic Lessons by Elizabeth Gilbert (here). I’ve only recently discovered the wonders of podcasts, and I wish I had earlier. Bite sized snippits of information so easy to listen to in the car, while cooking, while walking the dog. If you wish you could read more but don’t find the time, get an audible account and a sound cloud account and start downloading!
WATCHING: Girl Boss on Netflix!! My bestie recommended I watch this and it has only taken me 4 days to watch the whole first season! I love this series. It is inspiring, funny, wild and based ‘loosly’ on a true story! I can’t wait to read #Girlboss by Sophia Amoruso.
EATING: I am loving porridge at the moment. I’ve been making my new favourite with rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder & water. I find the protein powder makes it nice and creamy and gives a nice subtle Vanilla flavour. Yummy as brekky on these freezing Melbourne mornings.
DRINKING: As I type this I am sipping on a ‘Tizzie’. An Arbonne herbal tea and Arbonne Fizz Stick mixed together… delicious. It’s my natural, energy boost which gives me a clearer head than coffee does. Although I still do drink coffee for the flavour.
WEARING: Active wear! I have embraced active wear as my daily uniform now, no matter how much hubby laughs at me. It acts as a constant reminder to actually get my workouts done and to eat healthier throughout the day. Which as most stay at home Mums will tell you, is quite difficult when there is chocolate sitting in front of you! (P.S. If you haven’t heard the ‘Active Wear song… click on the photo below and watch it… hilarious!)

This is so beautiful and inspirational Kate. I suffer anxiety and depression although not of the perinatal type and I love that you are encouraging people to open up and talk.
I am currently also sipping a Tizzie (😁) and enjoying the company of my Golden Retriever and 2 cats – on the bed I’m afraid to say 😬.
